announced today that they have suspended production of Kites on Ice 2006
“Without proper financial support, the event cannot continue to bring in participating kite flyers from around the world.” Kites on Ice was first held at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in 1998
Kites on Ice has always been free and open to the public
Peterson says that recreating Kites on Ice as a ticketed event in 2007 is not out of the question
